You don't look autistic? Too organized to have ADHD?

That's normal. Neurodivergence does not have a specific appearance, which is why, in the diagnostic process, we examine not only current and past difficulties but also life situations at various stages of development, the strategies employed to cope with challenges, as well as strengths and competencies. For this reason, the complete diagnostic process for autism and ADHD consists of 4 to 6 sessions. You can register for the full diagnostic process or simply schedule the initial consultation.

Personalized Psychological Support

Do you need psychotherapy, psychoeducation, or perhaps coaching? It can often be challenging to determine the right option on your own, which is why I offer various choices: psychoeducation, group training, educational and career counselling, and psychotherapy (CBT/ACT/DBT). By being aware of the different options available, you can choose the one that best suits your needs.

ADHD/autism diagnostic process

The diagnostic process consists of a series of meetings, typically ranging from 3 to 6 sessions, each lasting 1.5 to 2 hours. Why so long? Proper diagnostics require not only an examination of the challenges you are currently facing and those you have faced in the past but also an understanding of the context in which you live and the coping strategies you employ. The process is based on an in-depth interview aligned with the diagnostic criteria of DSM-V/ICD-11, as well as psychometric tools (tests and questionnaires) that help identify co-occurring mental health disorders and those that may present similar difficulties to ADHD or autism.
